Terms and Conditions of Sale for Antiques from idlewild

1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales made by idlewild (the "Seller") to the customer (the "Buyer"). By making a purchase, the Buyer agrees to these terms.

2. Returns Policy for Larger Items
Larger items, including but not limited to wardrobes, chests of drawers, and mirrors, etc. may only be returned under the following conditions:

a. Defective Items: If the item purchased is defective upon receipt, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return.

b. Change of Mind: If the Buyer wishes to return a large item for reasons other than a defect, the return must be initiated within 2 days of purchase. Returns after this period will be considered at the Seller’s discretion and may incur a 10% deduction to cover admin, payment, and resale costs .
